Infrastructure that survives tenant turnover, insurance questions, and management changes.
Networks, WiFi, cameras, and access control for commercial properties across Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch — office buildings, warehouses, and retail — built by a network engineering firm, not an alarm company that dabbles in networking.
Commercial systems fail the day nobody remembers how they work.
Tenants change, managers change, insurers ask harder questions every year. We build for the property, not the person who signed the contract.
Real tenant isolation
Multi-tenant networks segmented at the network layer — each tenant’s traffic genuinely separated, not sharing one flat network and a password.
Camera coverage that satisfies insurers
UniFi Protect with AI analytics — footage you can actually find when an incident, a claim, or an insurer asks for it. No per-camera cloud fees.
Documentation that survives a management change
Labeled ports, a topology map, and a credentials handoff — so the system outlives any one installer, any one manager, including us.
Most systems don’t fail at the camera. They fail underneath.
The typical commercial install is cameras bolted onto whatever network happens to exist — consumer-grade switches in a hot closet, no surge protection, no documentation. We build the layer underneath first.
Network design before hardware
Coverage mapping, channel planning, and VLAN segmentation on paper first — so cameras, tenant traffic, and building systems never fight each other.
PoE budget planning
Switches specced against the actual power draw of every camera and AP — with headroom — instead of discovering the limit when devices start rebooting.
Surge protection on outdoor runs
Every exterior camera and AP run gets ethernet surge protection. Florida leads the country in lightning strikes; unprotected PoE is how switches die.
Rack work you could photograph
Dressed cable, service loops, ventilation, and UPS power — because a clean rack is the difference between a ten-minute fix and a four-hour one.
Failover connectivity
Multi-carrier 5G and Starlink paths behind the wired connection — so a cut line or carrier outage doesn’t stop the building.
Takeover work welcome
We service systems other companies installed — documenting as we find them, fixing what’s failing, and leaving you with a map.
Five systems. One foundation.
The network gets designed first; everything else runs on top of it — and stays up.
Building & warehouse WiFi
Enterprise switching and access points sized for the building you have — office floors, warehouse racking, or retail frontage.
Network infrastructure & fiber
Structured cabling, fiber backbones, and wireless links — the layer everything else depends on.
Camera systems
UniFi Protect with AI analytics, and AI Port retrofits that add detections to cameras you already own.
Access control
Fob, mobile, and PIN credentials integrated with cameras — every entry event with video attached.
VoIP & communications
Business phones on your network instead of a carrier’s aging copper, with call flows a human designed.
Never Down failover
Wired plus multi-carrier 5G plus Starlink on high-availability hardware — so your storefront never misses a transaction.
A downtown building where the network became a revenue line.
We built the network layer for an entire downtown Sarasota commercial building so ownership provides internet directly to tenants — a new revenue line and a better connection than any tenant had before, backed by cellular failover.
Questions property owners actually ask.
Yes — takeover work is a steady part of our week. We'll document the system as we find it, fix what's failing, and leave you with labeled ports and a topology map, whether or not we did the original install.
Usually, yes. UniFi's AI Port retrofits AI detections — people, vehicles, license plates — onto existing Protect cameras and many third-party cameras. It's one of the most cost-effective upgrades we install: you keep the glass on the wall and upgrade the intelligence behind it.
Not to own your system. UniFi has no per-camera cloud licensing, and we don't sell monitoring contracts. The only recurring bill is optional: if you'd rather Elite operate the network as a managed service, that's one monthly line item — your call, not a requirement.
It depends on device counts, cable paths, and mounting conditions — a six-camera storefront and a 63-AP resort are different projects. What we can promise: a free site assessment that produces a line-item proposal, phased options if the budget needs them, and no surprise change orders. You keep the report either way.
Start with a site assessment.
We’ll walk the property, document what’s actually installed, and give you an honest read on what’s worth keeping — with numbers, not a pitch.
