Privacy Policy
Elite Technology Solutions LLC (“Elite,” “we,” “us”) designs, installs, and operates network, camera, access control, and managed internet systems for residential communities, commercial properties, and hospitality in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through weareelite.tech, through the client proposals we publish at proposals.weareelite.tech, and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data practices are short: we collect what we need to do the work, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you contact us — by phone, text, the contact form on this site, or in person — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service or property address, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you opt in to text messages on the contact form, we also record the IP address of that submission as part of the consent record described below. If you become a client, we also keep records of your systems and service history so we can support them.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule and perform work, support the systems we install, and send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
We use text messaging only for customer service communication: responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming service appointments, and sending service updates to existing clients. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent to receive texts from us is obtained verbally — over the phone or in person — when you text us first at (941) 233-9434, or when you tick the SMS consent box on the contact form on this site. Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
When you consent through the contact form, we record the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address the request came from. We keep that record so we can show — to you or to a mobile carrier — that a number on our list opted in, and we use it for nothing else. The box is never ticked for you, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to do the work you hired us for: with licensed subcontractors performing portions of an installation, and with service providers that operate parts of our infrastructure (for example, form handling and email delivery). They receive only what the job requires. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell personal data.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited and general region. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, we don’t sell what we collect, and we don’t track you across other websites. Your browser’s standard cookie controls apply.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how our pages are actually used — where people click and scroll, and where a page is confusing. Clarity records individual visits rather than only totals: it captures interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and how the page rendered, and it sets cookies (CLID and MUID) so a returning browser is recognized. That data goes to Microsoft, which acts as an independent data controller and stores it in Microsoft Azure; its handling is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We are not connected to Microsoft Advertising, and none of this is used to advertise to you.
Clarity does not capture what you type. The contents of form fields — your name, email address, and the typed signature on a proposal — are masked in your browser before anything is sent, and that behavior cannot be turned off.
On proposal pages we go further. Every client proposal at proposals.weareelite.tech is configured to mask all page text. A recording shows the layout of the page and where you moved, scrolled, and clicked — but not the words. No client name, property address, or price leaves your browser in readable form. A proposal is your business, and we are not going to hand it to a third party to find out which paragraph you read twice.
Our contact form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and evaluates limited browser signals to tell people from bots; it does not track you across sites. Turnstile data handling is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we protect it
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it for your project, and we store it on access-controlled systems. Security is our trade; we apply the same care to your data that we apply to the networks we build.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we’re required to keep for completed work). Call (941) 233-9434 or use the contact form and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent will never be applied retroactively.
