Professional UniFi installation, by engineers who’ve built networks for twenty years.
You’ve done the research — one platform, no per-camera fees, hardware you own. What’s left is getting it designed and installed properly. We deploy UniFi across Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and the rest of Southwest Florida: network design first, clean racks, one company accountable for the whole system.
Your homework checks out.
We’re not here to sell you on the platform — you already chose it, and for the right reasons.
No per-camera cloud fees
Recordings live on your own console. Adding a camera adds a camera — not a subscription line.
One platform for everything
Network, cameras, door access, and phones in a single console — one app your staff can actually learn.
Hardware you own outright
No leases, no proprietary lock-in, no vendor who can hold your footage hostage. It’s your equipment on day one.
What a professional UniFi installation actually includes.
Anyone with a ladder can mount an access point. The work that decides whether your system is still solid in year five happens before and after the hardware goes up.
Network design before hardware
Coverage mapping, channel planning, and VLAN segmentation on paper first — so cameras, guest WiFi, and office traffic never fight each other.
PoE budget planning
Switches specced against the actual power draw of every camera and AP — with headroom — instead of discovering the limit when devices start rebooting.
Surge protection on outdoor runs
Every exterior camera and AP run gets ethernet surge protection. Florida leads the country in lightning strikes; unprotected PoE is how switches die.
Coastal-grade mounting
Salt air eats galvanized steel and hurricanes test every bracket. Coastal properties get marine-grade enclosures, stainless hardware, and wind-zone-rated mounts.
Documentation you actually receive
Labeled ports, a topology map, and a credentials handoff — so the system outlives any one installer, including us.
Rack work you could photograph
Dressed cable, service loops, ventilation, and UPS power — because a clean rack is the difference between a ten-minute fix and a four-hour one.
The full UniFi line, specced to your property.
Coverage and camera positions come first; the hardware list falls out of the design — not the other way around.
Dream Machine consoles
Gateway, controller, and video recorder in one box — the foundation of most systems we build.
Protect cameras & AI
The full Protect line including the AI series — and AI Port retrofits that add AI detections to cameras you already own.
Access
Door controllers and readers with fob, PIN, and mobile credentials — every entry event with video attached.
Talk VoIP
Business phones on the same console as everything else — front gate to front office.
Switching & WiFi 7 APs
Enterprise PoE switching and high-density WiFi 7 — sized for the building you have, not the diagram in the box.
Point-to-point bridges
Building-to-building links that carry a network across a property without trenching a single foot of conduit.
This is what UniFi looks like at scale.
A Gulf-front resort that had staff drowning in WiFi complaints — rebuilt as a fiber-distributed UniFi deployment, designed network-first. The same engineering applies whether your property needs six cameras or sixty-three access points.
Replaced a network that had staff drowning in WiFi complaints with a fiber-distributed WiFi 7 deployment and Starlink failover — zero unplanned outages since cutover. Cameras and access control rebuilt on the same foundation.
The properties we install for most.
HOAs & gated communities
Gate cameras, guardhouse systems, amenity WiFi — priced in phases a board can approve.
Multi-family & business parks
Building-wide WiFi as an amenity or a revenue line, on infrastructure ownership controls.
Faith communities
Open campuses kept welcoming and secure, with networks that handle Sunday-morning peak.
Commercial properties
Tenant isolation, insurer-grade camera coverage, and documentation that survives a management change.
Questions UniFi buyers actually ask.
Either. A Dream Machine console is the cleanest foundation — gateway, controller, and video recorder in one box — and it's what we deploy most. But if you already have UniFi hardware, we'll assess it, keep what's specced right, and design around it. You won't be told to throw out working equipment.
Usually, yes. UniFi's AI Port retrofits AI detections — people, vehicles, license plates — onto existing Protect cameras and many third-party cameras. It's one of the most cost-effective upgrades we install: you keep the glass on the wall and upgrade the intelligence behind it.
Not to own your system. UniFi has no per-camera cloud licensing, and we don't sell monitoring contracts. The only recurring bill is optional: if you'd rather Elite operate the network as a managed service, that's one monthly line item — your call, not a requirement.
It depends on device counts, cable paths, and mounting conditions — a six-camera storefront and a 63-AP resort are different projects. What we can promise: a free site assessment that produces a line-item proposal, phased options if the budget needs them, and no surprise change orders. You keep the report either way.
Yes — takeover work is a steady part of our week. We'll document the system as we find it, fix what's failing, and leave you with labeled ports and a topology map, whether or not we did the original install.
Start with a site assessment.
We’ll walk the property, document what’s actually installed, and give you an honest read on what’s worth keeping — with numbers, not a pitch.
